Nursery Fees
Our fees include all meals for your child, including breakfast, lunch, and healthy snacks. Meals are prepared as part of our daily routine, with menus carefully planned to meet current legislation and nutritional guidelines.
Fees are payable monthly in advance, as agreed with the nursery manager. All fees must be paid before your child’s placement begins. Full details of the fees will be clearly outlined in the contract you will sign at enrolment. Childcare fees are reviewed annually.
We take great pride in being fair and consistent with all our families. Our policies and fee structures are applied equally to ensure transparency and to support positive, trusting relationships.
We also understand that families may experience difficult or unexpected circumstances. In times of crisis or bereavement, we will always aim to offer understanding and support, and we encourage families to speak with us so that we can discuss any additional support or temporary arrangements that may be appropriate.
As part of our ongoing review of nursery operations, there may be times when fees need to be updated. We aim to provide at least two months’ notice of any fee changes; however, no fee increase will be introduced with less than one month’s notice.
Please note that fees remain payable during periods of absence, including family holidays, unless a special arrangement has been agreed in advance with the nursery owner.

It is important as a nursery that we promote incentives and support to our families in relation to your childcare costs. Please see below the link to the government tax free childcare scheme that you can access, in relation to your monthly/annual childcare costs.
This is an effective and easy way to set up, and you can benefit from this on your childcare cost.

If fees are not paid by the agreed date, an administration charge may apply and, in some circumstances, this could affect your child’s place. Any bank charges incurred by the nursery will be passed on to the parent/carer.
If fees remain unpaid for more than two months after the agreed payment date, or after your child has left the nursery, the outstanding balance will be referred to our debt recovery service. Any associated costs incurred by the nursery would then be payable by the parent/carer.

Parents/carers terminating their place in the nursery are required to give one months’ notice in advance in writing. In the event of such notice not being provided, one month’s fees in lieu of notice will be charged. The nursery will provide parents/carers with one months’ notice should the nursery terminate the place.
